Direct connection to ice mall. It took 20 minutes to reach Um Rash-Rash Beach on foot. Loved the pool. Location so close to Hamelaha bus stop, only 20 minutes walk away.

I had an very nice stay here! The hotel facilities were amazing, from the nice swimming pool to the fun activities for kids. the location was ideal - close to everything, including the beach, mall, and other action-packed areas. the staff was kind and friendly, making my stay more fun. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices, making it the perfect start to my day.
Nothing negative to say - this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to all the action and within walking distance of everything. I especially loved being so close to the beach, making it convenient to enjoy the sun and sand. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire available. The housekeeping staff kept everything immaculate, and the shops on-site made it easy to find anything I needed. The room itself was incredible, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. We also appreciated the clean and well-maintained swimming pool. Location-wise, the hotel was conveniently located near the beach and other attractions. Another advantage we enjoyed was the gym access.
The service at the hotel left something to be desired. Some staff members seemed indifferent towards guests and were not very helpful.

The location is great, just a short walk away from the harbor and mall with plenty of activities. It is also close to the beach, perfect for those who enjoy spending their time in the water. the staff were helpful and the room was clean, providing a comfortable stay.
The dining hall was too small and chaotic during meal times, making it challenging to enjoy a peaceful meal.

The hotel offered a great new year experience with live music and fireworks. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a good variety of options, satisfying different tastebuds. The location was convenient, close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. The outdoor pool was an added bonus to enjoying the warm weather.
The room was not as clean as expected, with dust on the surfaces and a musty smell. The bathroom could use some updating as well.
